General Delivery Policy:
- We offer standard shipping for all orders made in G1Hub.
- Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Malaysia National holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday and selected holidays are processed on the next business day.
- All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should be processed and ship within 1 - 2 working days after order verification and credit approval.
- Once the delivery process starts, your package will typically arrive at your doorstep in 3 - 7 working days (expect slight delay during public holidays and heavy sale period).
- The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order.
- We aim to deliver the product to your shipping address. However, please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations as requested in your order. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you place your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative shipping address.
- Upon delivery of the product, you may be required to sign for delivery. You agree to inspect the product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery. You need to keep receipt of the delivered product as reference in case of future communication with us.
- Delivery charge for West Malaysia is RM10 (until 5kg) and RM20 (until 3kg) for East Malaysia.
- Every additional weight (kg) is RM1 for West Malaysia and RM10 for East Malaysia.
- Free shipping is provided if the order (after discount, if applicable) is RM 500 and above.
- We do not deliver to P.O boxes.
- Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received.
- International: We do not ship items purchased from this website to any other destination outside of Malaysia.
- Note that during festive periods, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
- If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
